Despite what reports say, BMO Chief Economist Doug Porter said that the market is calm, cool, and collected, indicating that the market is stable. Furthermore, financial experts agreed that a great number of Canadians can still afford to buy new homes. Along with the positive path that housing market is taking, more jobs for roofing contractors in Toronto and other regions in Canada await as the number of home buyers is expected to increase and the market to solidify soon.
